Job Title:- Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive (Only Male Candidates)
Location: #18-19, Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana - Punjab 141120 (Local candidates preferred)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Preferably in the Food & Beverage industry, MNC experience preferred)

Qualification:

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
• Preferred ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage routine maintenance schedules for plant machinery and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to detect early signs of wear or faults.
• Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs or coordinate with external service technicians.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems including:
• HVAC, Plumbing, AHU, RO Systems, Air Compressors, Generators, etc.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and critical maintenance supplies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown slips, and machinery history.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure machine operator safety training.
• Assist in risk assessments and enforce plant safety protocols.

Machinery Exposure Required:

• FBD (Fluidized Bed Dryer)
• Blenders
• Grinding & Pulverizing Machines
• Volumetric Filling Machines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,486.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
