PLANT INCHARGE FOR STEEL INDUSTRY

Job Overview:

The Plant Incharge is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the steel manufacturing plant. This includes production planning, process optimization, workforce management, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to manage day-to-day operations while driving productivity, efficiency, and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in steel plant operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or incharge role.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes such as Induction Furnace, Rolling Mill and CCM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
