Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our solar structure manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, production planning, quality control, and team management within the solar or structural fabrication sector. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations for solar structure manufacturing (cold rolled, galvanized steel structures, etc.)Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery timelinesEnsure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and industry certifications (ISO, BIS, etc.)Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including production, quality, maintenance, and logisticsImplement cost-saving initiatives and improve productivity through lean manufacturing techniquesCoordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for seamless executionMonitor plant KPIs and prepare monthly reports for management reviewEnsure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations
