Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Powder Coating: Extensive knowledge and experience in powder coating processes, including pre-treatment, application, and curing.
• Supervisory and Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of people.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of powder coating equipment, materials, and processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the powder coating process.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices in the powder coating industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
