Plant 3D Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong knowledge of IT systems, including client operating systems, server configuration, and software installation and configurations. - Setting up projects in Global Workshare and Standalone environments. - Installing, configuring, and setting up Plant 3D in coordination with the information manager of the assignment project(s). - Interfacing with IT operations for 3D Administration support architecture. - Good understanding of P&ID, piping layouts, GA drawings, piping BOM, piping ISOs, and spool drawings. - Responsible for project setup, discipline mapping, piping specification development, CADD libraries, project drawing templates, and reports. - Creating digital specs, building user shapes, and developing pipe support assemblies. - Building and editing digital models in a 3D environment and assisting in the generation of 2D drawings across all disciplines. - Developing I-Configure and ISOGEN to create ISO styles to aid in efficient project management. - Maintaining and verifying daily backup routines. - Generating Clash Reports periodically for 30%, 60%, and 90% Model Review requirements and resolving false clashes. - Generating Material Take Off for piping components, valves, steel, instruments, trays, etc. - Maintaining a log of unresolved operational issues associated with E3D and providing resolutions after discussions with clients. - Creating daily Model Review files to enable the Engineering & Project Management Team to conduct detailed model reviews. - Maintaining a report of changes made during the upgrade of the project in the catalogue and specification. - Proficient in setting up and integrating 3D Design Review Tools such as Smart Plant Review, Navisworks, etc. Qualifications required: - Software expertise in Plant 3D/E3D or S3D. - Proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation.,
