Planning Solution Architect

As a highly skilled Planning Solution Architect with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of advanced planning solutions for the Lubricants Supply Chain network in the United States. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving supply chain integration, facilitating agile decision-making, and enhancing planning capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the solution architecture and design of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules for Demand and Supply Planning. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis solutions. - Drive end-to-end integration between Kinaxis, SAP (ECC/S4), and other supply chain systems. - Define and implement data models, workbooks, dashboards, and alerts within Kinaxis. - Provide technical leadership during Kinaxis implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment. - Partner with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow, system performance, and user adoption. - Stay current with Kinaxis product updates and best practices to continuously improve solution design. - Support change management and training efforts for planning teams. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems, with 3+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse. - Proven experience in Kinaxis implementation, including solution design and configuration. - Strong understanding of SAP ECC/S4, supply chain processes, and data integration. - Experience in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment. Preferred Skills: - Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Author, Contributor, Admin). - Experience in the Lubricants or Chemicals industry. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.,
