Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Function as applications design architect/Lead for Hyperion Planning and Essbase application development Application Design point of contact for Planning and Essbase Analyst Teams Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system Collaborate effectively with other groups EPM Lead (PC Planning): This position is responsible for the design and development of Planning and Essbase Applications and integrations. This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives assist in defining scope and sizing of work and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients business needs. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Sound knowledge on Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex planning etc.. and inter dependencies) Sound Knowledge on Business Rules/Forms / Task Lists / Reports. Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must. Good communication Skills Travel Readiness Career Level - IC3

Role & responsibilities Experienced and expertise in Oracle ERP Techno-Functional with SCM and Planning modules (Oracle Purchasing, supplier Portal, OSP, Inventory, WIP, OM, WMS/MSCA, ASCPetc) and Manufacturing Processes. Expertise in Oracle Technical development and expert in using tools like Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, SQL Navigator, SQL Loader and Data Loader. Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design, and modelling using Oracle EBS technology Understanding the business specifications on new capabilities, requirements, data mappings and providing the best solution involving evaluation definition of scope of project and finalization of the project requirements Build the BRD, MD50, MD70, Test cases, training material and deployment knowledge ERP integration experience between Oracle and other ERP systems Quick Analysis of the issues & taking appropriate actions/solutions and provide required support to operational/business teams Managing and involving of UAT and gap analysis of Business scenarios/flows to ensure that business requirement and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled Implementation and Deploying of the projects as per scheduled deadlines: extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the end users Good analytical, technical, time management and communication skills. Work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities Should have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude Provide guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for the modules within the Oracle ERP suite of applications Bachelor Degree in Engineering, BSC, BCA /Masters degree in MCA, MBA,,MSc Computers..etc
