Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Prepare baseline programs, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
Analyze project delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors for schedule alignment.
Track progress, productivity, and resource utilization against the project plan.
Identify critical paths and potential risks affecting project timelines.
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
Integrate project costs, schedules, and resources for overall project control.
Support tender planning and bid submissions with preliminary scheduling input.
Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

Proficiency in
Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of construction sequences, methodologies, and resource planning.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
