• Develop, manage, and maintain end to end construction schedules, from pre-construction through final handover.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all critical milestones are met.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.
• Provide clear, regular progress updates and performance reports to stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Resource Planning

• Analyze and improve construction workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
• Plan and optimize the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize resource efficiency and minimize downtime.

Contract & Procurement Management

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement from tendering to negotiation, selecting contractors based on value, quality, and timelines.

Risk Management & Value Engineering

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, and safety issues.
• Drive value engineering to optimize costs and recommend innovative solutions without compromising design intent.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation, including contracts, financials, reports, and permits.
• Prepare and share timely reports on project milestones and financial performance.

Post Construction Evaluation

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance and delivery in future projects.
