Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Planning & Design HEAD to spearhead the HVAC Design & Planning division at Mitshuoshi Engineers LLP. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic planning acumen, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HVAC planning, design, and execution while ensuring industry compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage planning and design teams to develop cutting-edge HVAC solutions. System Design & Engineering: Develop HVAC designs, including load calculations, ductwork layouts, piping systems, and equipment selection using industry-standard software. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to ASHRAE / ISHRAE guidelines, energy efficiency standards, and relevant regulatory codes. Innovation & Sustainability: Drive the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC technologies to enhance system performance and environmental sustainability Project Oversight: Collaborate with project execution teams to ensure seamless integration of design into implementation. Team Development: Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Qualifications & Requirements Masters degree / PHD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 20+ years of experience in HVAC planning, design, and project execution. Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.). Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale HVAC projects and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Why Join Us?
