Placement Officer

Placement Officer Placement Facilitation :

* Organize and manage the placement process for students across branches in Assigned Regions.

* Identify potential employers and industries to partner with for student placement.

* Ensure that students meet the eligibility criteria for placement in specific industries.

* Achieve the monthly target of 40 placements by consistently delivering on placement goals.

Branch Coordination : * Collaborate with branch heads and faculty members to understand the placement needs of each branch.

* Ensure that each branch is informed of placement opportunities and students arewell-prepared.

* Organize on-campus placement drives, interviews, and job fairs at different branches. Employer Relations : * Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, employers,and corporatepartners.

* Negotiate and coordinate with companies for placement opportunities.

* Follow up with employers and resolve any issues arising during the placement process.

Career Counseling : * Provide career guidance and counseling to students to help themin job preparation, CV building, interview techniques, and more.

* Conduct workshops and seminars on interview skills, resume writing, and career planning.

* Conduct Talentino programs for talent development initiatives or platforms that focus on enhancing skills and capabilities in various areas.

Travel * Travel within Assigned regions to different branch locations as per the requirement of placement activities.

* Visit companies and industries for potential placement tie-ups and partnerships.

Reporting and Documentation : * Maintain accurate records of placements, student profiles, employer details, andplacement statistics.

* Prepare and submit monthly reports on placement progress to the management team.

* Document feedback from both students and employers to improve future placement strategies.

Continuous Improvement : * Stay updated on market trends, employment opportunities, and industry needs toensure successful placement efforts.

* Suggest improvements in the placement process and work towards enhancing theemploy ability of students.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
