Placement Manager - Corporate Resource Center

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Placement Manager to join our Corporate Resource Center team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience working with an educational institute for student placements and hold a graduate or post-graduate degree.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and industry partners.


• Manage and coordinate placement activities, including job fairs and recruitment drives.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of placement initiatives.


• Analyze placement trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement.


• Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance the overall placement experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in placement management or a related field.


• Strong understanding of the education sector and its dynamics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Familiarity with CRM software and other placement tools.
