Placement Coordinator (IT Training Institute)

We are an IT Training Institute focused on delivering high-quality training in cutting-edge technologies. We aim to not only train students but also ensure their career growth by connecting them with the right companies for internships and full-time placements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and corporate clients to bring in placement opportunities.
• Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events for students.
• Understand students’ skill sets and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between companies and students during the recruitment process.
• Maintain placement records, prepare reports, and achieve placement targets.
• Regularly update students on job opportunities, interview schedules, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with the academic/training team to align training programs with industry requirements.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication & networking skills.
• Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferred).
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, job roles, and hiring practices.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (students + recruiters) effectively.
• Good organizational and event management skills.
