Job Description

Hiring : placement coordinator

location: kochi

Duties and Responsbilities:

Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs.
Coordinate with companies for recruitment, internships, and industrial visits.
Maintain a placement calendar and ensure timely communication of placement schedules.
Guide students through the placement process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and communication skills.
Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and soft skills workshops in collaboration with trainers or faculty.
Ensure students are industry-ready through pre-placement training sessions.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, Education, or a related field)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
