Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-impact pitch decks, business presentations, and visual content for startup clients. Translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual formats. Collaborate with content strategists, business analysts, and founders to ensure brand and message consistency. Develop templates, icons, illustrations, and infographics aligned with the latest design trends. Work on brand kits, social media creatives, brochures, and digital campaigns for Impactful Pitch and its clients. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and design assets. Handle multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience (experience in startups or pitch design is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint. Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, brand assets, and visual storytelling. Ability to understand and visually articulate business concepts. Exceptional attention to detail, layout, typography, and color. Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate rapidly. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify high-potential startup leads via LinkedIn, AngelList, startup portals, etc. Reach out to startup founders via cold emails, messages, and calls to introduce our services. Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, managing CRM data, and preparing sales decks. Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to senior sales executives. Work on follow-ups, email campaigns, and database clean-ups. Provide insights from client conversations to help improve our outreach strategies. What We’re Looking ForStudents or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields. Strong interest in the startup ecosystem and sales functions.
