I recently tried the Zafrani Biryani at Pista House Gachibowli but found it quite disappointing compared to what is offered at Pista House Shaliabanda. The flavor didn't live up to my expectations, and it felt like a letdown given the usual quality. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t the same experience

Good service are good. But the ground sitting place is not clean enough. I could find the mouth freshener pieces which were not clean and the small tables are not clean enough. Otherwise the food was awesome 5/5. Service is also 5/5.

Pista House has many branches in Hyderabad, but this one is smaller, so expect a wait for a table, and the waiting area is quite small. The service is bad, and the food is just okay. However, it's a good spot for chai lovers, shawarmas, and desserts.

I visited this place with my friends. We had nice dining experience.
We had fried chicken mandi and faham mandi. Both are nice.
They have also given complimentary soup.
We have also tried seekh kabab, it's nice.

The food tasted good, but the service was absolutely terrible, very slow response, especially from the main waiters, the other staff were good. While we were eating one of the customers yelled about the service and left without completing his meal.
