People are not professional, don’t know rules and regulations. Always make false commitment. Worst part, once you get demand letter and you are against payment deadline, people like Sachin Malpure and Vinod Chavan will not respond your calls or messages.

Very bad customer service. They don't care about you after loan disbursed. We just keep calling/emailing for your problems and they will never respond. Sorry to say very unprofessional organization. I suggest don't go for Piramal for any financial requirement.

Pathetic Unprofessional commitments from executive and they lie you on your face. Not a single step executed on time. Almost 1 momth gobe for agreement and still waiting for disbursements which was supposed to happen 2 weeks ago!

Initially they said home Loan interest 8.75% , once Loan finalised they increased to the 9%. After 4 month 9.45% . It is one of worst bank I ever seen.
