If you are from good background and can get loan from other Banks/ NBFC please go ahead with them. This company has very poor service. Conditions so bad that their left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They are best for people with low CIBIL and who cannot get loan elsewhere.

This is one of the worst housing finance company and I have regretted taking loan from this finance house. Their Agent by name Vishal Chavan is big fraud. He will make you pay processing fee at his personal account and charges commission separately and later holds the loan and asks fof extra money to process it further
