Piping Stress Engineer – (CAESAR II)

Responsible for the deliverables from the Stress Analysis to team.

· Co-ordinate with the Client for resolving the queries / concerns in the analysis and maintain the team by training them.

· Expert in Piping Stress analysis & well versed with analysis software - CAESAR II.

· Relevant knowledge in Piping Codes and Standards such as ASME B 31.3 and 31.1.

· Experience in Piping Stress Analysis of Pumps, Compressors, Tank Farm, Vessels, Columns, Flare Gas, Skid Piping, Rack Piping, H.EX.

· Nozzle Load Evaluations - WRC107, 297, API 610, API617, API 661, API 560 and NEMASM23.

· Attending the consultant meetings and project review.

· Experience in Static and Dynamic Stress Analysis.

· Experience in Buried Piping

· Familiar with Onshore and Offshore Piping Stress analysis.

· Experience in the selection of Pipe Supports and Spring Hangers as per the requirement.

Proficiency in Stress Analysis using Caesar II software.

· Knowledge in basic piping

· Knowledge in AutoCAD

· Knowledge in MS Office
