Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing detailed piping layouts, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and 3D models using AutoCAD Plant 3D. Additionally, you will prepare piping GA drawings, support drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) while interpreting P&IDs, piping specifications, and equipment data sheets for accurate modeling. Coordination with process, mechanical, structural, and electrical disciplines for integrated designs will be essential. You will review and incorporate vendor and client data into piping layouts to ensure compliance with project standards, codes (ASME, ANSI, API), and EPC best practices. Site visits for data collection, as-built documentation, and clash resolution may be required. Participation in model reviews and clash resolution using Navisworks or similar tools, as well as maintaining document control and revision tracking of all design deliverables, will be part of your responsibilities. Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., SmartPlant, Caesar II for stress review) and experience with 3D model integration with other disciplines are expected. Familiarity with international codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API) will also be beneficial.
