Job description:

Position: Pipe Fitter – Shipyard

Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 10 years in shipyard or marine industry
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Fit, assemble, and install piping systems in vessels or ship structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes using proper tools and equipment.
• Conduct pressure and leak tests to ensure pipe system integrity.
• Coordinate with welders and supervisors for alignment and installation.
• Follow all shipyard safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in shipyard or marine fabrication.
• Knowledge of marine piping systems and materials.
• Ability to work under supervision and in confined spaces.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Salary: Based on experience and company standards.
