Pipe Galvanizing Plant-Maintenance Engineer / Plant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Engineer / Plant Supervisor with a strong background in pipe galvanizing operations. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of experience in a Pipe Galvanizing plant, with a thorough understanding of the pipe galvanizing process, plant equipment, and maintenance practices. This role requires ensuring smooth operations, minimizing downtime, and driving high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain galvanizing equipment (furnaces, pickling tanks, cranes, handling systems, etc.) for optimum performance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize rework or delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in pipe galvanizing plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of the pipe galvanizing process, zinc bath operation, pickling line, material handling, and finishing processes.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining galvanizing plant equipment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
