Pilot Training Manager

This is a senior academic & management leadership role for professionals with proven instructional and organizational experience in aviation training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the academic operations of the Bangalore training center
• Provide instructional leadership across DGCA-approved ground school curriculum
• Coordinate, mentor, and support a team of Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs)
• Ensure compliance with DGCA/CAA standards and internal quality benchmarks
• Drive student success through academic excellence, mentoring, and continuous improvement
• Oversee scheduling, audits, and academic coordination in alignment with Aviacons standards

Requirements

• Current/previous approval as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) by DGCA or any other CAA
• Minimum 5+ years of instructional/academic experience in ATPL/CPL theory subjects
• Proven track record in academic leadership, team management, and compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
• Ability to represent the center in academic and regulatory matters
