Piling engineer

As a Piling Engineer at L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare construction method statements and work methods for piling works, ensuring to obtain necessary approvals. - Conduct trials and mock-ups to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods. - Execute piling work in accordance with the approved method statements and work methods. - Develop a schedule of materials and plant requirements, and create an L3 schedule for piling works based on the L2 schedule. - Ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently to meet the specified cycle time requirements. - Provide front-line supervision to the working labor, ensuring strict adherence to methods, quality standards, and safety protocols. - Guide operators and workers in performing their tasks effectively and efficiently. - Collaborate with the Region/HQ to arrange the timely delivery of required materials and resources. - Coordinate the activities of various departments to achieve planned cycle times and overall project schedule. - Communicate project control information and progress updates to customers as per the contract requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should have 12-14 years of experience in piling civil engineering. A Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is the minimum educational qualification required for this role.,
