Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) located in Indore. As a PICU Staff Nurse, your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and caring for critically ill infants and children, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with the medical team, ensuring patient safety, maintaining accurate patient records, and communicating with the families. You will play a crucial role in providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric critical care and patient monitoring
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a medical team
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent
• Valid nursing license
• Experience in a hospital setting is a plus
