Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Picker Packer & Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling order packing, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers in the retail space. This is a dual role involving both warehouse and customer-facing retail responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:Picker/Packer Duties:

Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Check quality and quantity of products before packing.
Assist in stock checking, inventory updates, and shelf restocking.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders with minimal errors.

Retail Sales Duties:

Greet and assist customers in-store.
Explain product features, offers, and recommendations.
Handle billing, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness in the retail area.
Support online order queries and basic customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
Ability to lift light to medium packages.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
