Job Description

Job Summary:

The Picking & Packing Executive is responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role ensures timely and error-free order fulfillment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from warehouse shelves as per order lists or system instructions
Pack products carefully to prevent damage during transit
Label packages correctly with shipment and delivery details
Verify product quantity and quality before packing
Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable
Update order status and inventory records accurately
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to read and understand pick lists and labels
Basic knowledge of inventory handling
Physically fit to lift and move goods
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse software
Basic computer knowledge
Teamwork and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
