Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Picking Boy to join our logistics team. Your main job will be to collect (or “pick & Pack”) the correct products for each customer order from the warehouse shelves. Key Responsibilities:Pick items correctly as per the order list (based on SKU or product code) Ensure the picked items are clean and not damaged Place picked items in the correct bin or trolley for packing Report any issues like missing or damaged items to your supervisor Keep your work area neat and organized Help in restocking items if needed Requirements:Basic reading and number skills (English or Hindi) Should be active and willing to move around during work hours Must be honest, punctual, and focused on accuracy Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus (but not required) What We Offer:Friendly and supportive work environment On-time salary and incentives for good performance Growth opportunities within the company If you are ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse and be part of a growing company, we’d love to have you on our team!
