Pick Basic Developer

As an Application Developer, you will have the opportunity to lead small project teams or project phases of larger scope. Working independently with minimal guidance, you will impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within your team and related work teams. Your contributions will be vital to the development of concepts, methods, and techniques, with a moderate impact on the functional/business unit. Your primary skills should include expertise in Core: PICK Basic/Unibasic and secondary skills in Java and any RDBMS. Having a deep understanding of principles and concepts within the core function, along with a basic awareness of related domains, will be essential. You will be expected to apply industry best practices and standards to your assignments. In terms of problem-solving and critical thinking, you will be tasked with tackling moderately complex and uncommon issues within your area of expertise. Your role will involve exercising independent judgment to devise creative and effective solutions while proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges. In terms of leadership and collaboration, you will work towards team and organizational objectives. You may provide technical direction for short-term project goals and play a role in training and mentoring peers in technical areas. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
