Position: Physiotherapy Assistant

Location: Matunga East, Mumbai
Timings: Flexible | Minimum 6 hours/day
Compensation: Based on skill set and experience
Commitment: Minimum 1 year

About the Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing team at Prohuman Health. This role is ideal for someone with a background in massage therapy, fitness training, or bodywork, who is passionate about patient care, movement, and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in delivering therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Provide guided soft tissue work, sports massages, or release techniques under supervision
• Support in setting up treatment areas and managing equipment
• Help patients with correct form, posture, and breathing during exercises
• Maintain a calm, clean, and organized environment for recovery
• Communicate effectively with the physiotherapy team about patient progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification or experience in massage therapy, fitness training, yoga, or similar bodywork
• Interest in learning physiotherapy techniques
• Good physical stamina and hands-on confidence
• Friendly, respectful, and patient-centered approach
• Basic understanding of anatomy & movement science is a plus
