Developing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving daily living and work skills.
Assisting patients in adapting to new tools, equipment, or techniques for functional independence.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide holistic care for patients.
Educating patients and their families on best practices for maintaining and improving functionality.
Keeping records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Willing to work in Neuro-Rehab set up
