The candidate should have good skills in physiotherapy procedures as well as physiotherapy equipment. He / She should be able to communicate well in Hindi and should be able to understand local dilect. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills. The candidate should be ready to work in the typical rural settings.
