As a Physiotherapist for Home Visits at Medanta The Medicity, you will play a crucial role in providing rehabilitation programs and therapy to patients in Lucknow. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients" physical conditions, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs, conducting home visits, and utilizing various physiotherapeutic techniques to aid in their recovery. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate patient records, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and lifestyle changes.
