Physiotherapist & Lactation consultant

Role Overview: As a Physiotherapist cum Lactation Consultant, your role is critical in advising customers on physiotherapy requirements for expectant mothers. You will focus on generating revenue, increasing conversion rates, fostering a service-oriented culture, engaging with customers, and promoting PREGGO services within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to explain PREGGO packages during consultations - Follow up with customers to increase PREGGO conversion rates - Conduct daily rounds to meet with inpatient and outpatient customers for physiotherapy sessions - Manage outpatient patients for pain management - Conduct PREGGO classes for Antenatal and Postnatal care - Provide OPD consultations - Train PREGGO nurses - Conduct fitness sessions - Promote PREGGO services among all patients - Organize CAMPS as required - Publish and maintain PREGGO conversion rates - Coordinate with Care managers, patient service managers, and nursing staff regarding PREGGO services - Maintain customer information confidentiality - Manage the smooth running of PREGGO activities in both outpatient and inpatient settings - Uphold a service culture by being well-groomed, punctual, and adhering to company policies and practices - Follow Gold standards and service protocols - Participate in training sessions to stay updated with processes and SOPs - Adhere to integrity-related company policies and information security measures - Ensure compliance with prescribed processes and internal controls Qualifications Required: - Experience working in a Maternity Hospital for a minimum of 3 years - Proficiency in physiotherapy services for expectant mothers,
