Responsibilities:

• Support validation of new orthosis/splint concepts (wrist, ankle, finger)
• Conduct patient/pilot trials and collect structured feedback
• Advise on ergonomic and functional improvements
• Coordinate with clinics and surgeons for device use-cases
• Assist in basic regulatory documentation (clinical need validation)

Ideal Candidate:

• BPT/MPT physiotherapist with rehab experience
• Clinical exposure to fracture care/post-op orthotic use
• Interest in medical devices/innovation is a strong plus

Compensation:
