Responsibilities: Support validation of new orthosis/splint concepts (wrist, ankle, finger) Conduct patient/pilot trials and collect structured feedback Advise on ergonomic and functional improvements Coordinate with clinics and surgeons for device use-cases Assist in basic regulatory documentation (clinical need validation) Work Type: Thrissur: Preferably part-time advisory + periodic office visit Ideal Candidate: BPT/MPT physiotherapist with rehab experience Clinical exposure to fracture care/post-op orthotic use Interest in medical devices/innovation is a strong plus Compensation: Retainer + per-case incentive (flexible) Opportunity to grow into full-time clinical lead Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thrissur, Kerala (680020) Expected Start Date: 08/12/2025
