(A) Strategic Pleasant behaviour with patients, staff and colleagues Initiatives towards professional academic growth Initiatives towards departmental growth Clinical discussions in internal meeting. (B) Operational Comprehensive Assessment of the patient. Planning, educating and delivering the therapy. Plan the assistive aids/ orthotics as required Providing home care program Fixing up the follow up appointment Documenting the patient details, entering the clinical notes in the HIS. Communicating with the HOD & / Consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required. Ensure the equipment is in working condition. * Candidate with her own vehicle will be an advantage.
