Description
We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports biomechanics, movement science, and rehabilitation to deliver personalized physiotherapy and movement care on a full-time basis. There is also an option for a part-time arrangement for the ideal candidate. Your responsibilities will include conducting individualized physiotherapy sessions focusing on postural alignment, mobility, flexibility, injury recovery, and movement re-education across various age groups. You will have the opportunity to work on real rehabilitation cases, ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic joint pain and gait corrections. Working in a dedicated space for physiotherapy and movement training, you will provide hands-on care and guide individuals towards sustainable movement practices. Additionally, you will have the chance to tailor sports-specific conditioning programs for activities like basketball, swimming, trekking, and running to enhance mobility, endurance, and injury prevention. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct personalized physiotherapy sessions targeting postural imbalances, joint stability, flexibility, and strength development. - Utilize hands-on therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and corrective movement strategies to enhance function and reduce discomfort. - Apply progressive mobility techniques to improve movement efficiency, balance, and musculoskeletal health. - Use biomechanical assessments to refine movement efficiency, posture, and injury prevention strategies. - Develop rehabilitation plans for post-surgical recovery and chronic movement-related issues. - Guide individuals in understanding their movement patterns and sustaining improvements over time. - Identify early signs of musculoskeletal stress and implement preventive physiotherapy strategies. - Support safe and effective recovery from injuries and chronic movement-related problems.
