Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Secondary-Physics teacher :

Conduct and organize the learning process/sessions in the classroom.
Tailor the teaching process to meet the needs of all students, considering their interests, challenges, special talents, individual learning styles, and pace.
Treat children with dignity and respect.
Be approachable to both students and parents.
Promote maximum student participation and assist students in analyzing and improving their study methods and habits.
Monitor students' progress consistently and adjust the pace of instruction accordingly.
Ensure that all students pay attention to the lessons being delivered.
Enforce rules regarding student conduct and discipline, and maintain appropriate standards of behavior in the classroom and throughout the school premises.
Enhance and implement diverse teaching methodologies such as hands-on learning activities, games, classroom discussions, documentaries, movies, and mind maps.
Be responsible for the emotional and physical well-being of every child.
