Job Description: Physics Faculty (Grade 11 & 12 – CBSE Integrated Programme)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to teach Grade 11 and 12 students (CBSE + Integrated curriculum). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students toward academic excellence in competitive and board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics for Grade 11 & 12 as per CBSE and integrated curriculum requirements.
• Prepare daily lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice papers.
• Conduct classroom teaching, doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and periodic assessments.
• Train students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE-level basics), and internal assessments.
• Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and academic coordinators.
• Collaborate with the academic team for planning, curriculum design, and test schedules.
• Support the institution in academic events, PTMs, and departmental activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physics or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary (11th & 12th) classes – CBSE.
• Strong command over Physics concepts and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to handle integrated curriculum and guide students for competitive exams.
• Energetic, student-focused, and passionate about teaching.
• Must be available for Monday to Saturday work schedule.
