• Deliver high-quality backend and frontend features using PHP and Laravel as the core stack.
  
• Work independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Laravel and associated technologies.
  
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, design reviews, and solution brainstorming.
  
• Provide effective solutions to complex technical and functional problems.
  
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and specifications.
  
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  PHP (Laravel)

  – Mandatory.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  Laravel Framework

  for API development, MVC architecture, routing, Eloquent ORM, and middleware.
• Solid understanding of

  web development fundamentals

  and modern frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with

  database systems

  (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in
