We are seeking PHP support assistant to provide exceptional technical support to our clients.The ideal candidate have the knowledge of Php ,excellent communication skills and a passion for resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• serve as the primary technical contact for clients regarding PHP-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client -reported issues related to PHP applications, scripts or integrations
• collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs or technical problems
• Assist clients in configuring, customizing and optimizing PHP applications to meet their needs
• Provide detailed documentation and report on support cases
• Manage client records onboarding details in ERP systems for proper tracking and reporting
• Handle ongoing client support request ,enabling/disabling services and posting promtional content
• Implement SEO essentials such as meta tags and Google tag manager/analytics for perfomance tracking and marketing support
• Provide reliable support to ensure smooth day-to-day digital operations
