Php Project Manager (3+ Years Experience)

As a PHP Project Manager at Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating web development projects on PHP-based platforms such as WordPress and Shopify. Your role involves utilizing Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and technical requirements gathering to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Acting as a liaison between clients and the development team, you will play a pivotal role in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage multiple web development projects using PHP, WordPress, and Shopify. - Develop and manage Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). - Collaborate with development teams to translate client needs into actionable tasks. - Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies for project planning and monitoring. - Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Monitor tasks and progress using Jira or similar project management tools. - Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and team members. - Ensure deliverables align with business and technical requirements. - Establish and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a PHP development environment. - Demonstrated expertise in WordPress and Shopify projects. - Proficient in FRD/BRD creation and documentation best practices. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Jira or other project tracking tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver. Nice to Have: - Experience with Shopify Plus. - Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce and Magento. - Knowledge of page builders such as Shogun or PageFly.
