Job Summary: Experienced and skilled PHP Technical Lead to drive the development of enterprise-level solutions. This role requires hands-on coding, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices are followed. Additionally, excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact with clients are crucial. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of complex PHP-based enterprise solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Architect, design, and implement robust platforms using WordPress, Drupal, Laravel, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify . Oversee the technical roadmap and development strategy for multiple projects. Conduct comprehensive code reviews and enforce best coding practices, standards, and performance optimizations. Mentor and guide developers to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams. Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical consultations, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives. Knowledge to use CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies (Git), and automated testing for efficient development workflows. Stay updated with the latest PHP, CMS,and eCommerce trends, and introduce innovative solutions to improve efficiency. Experience with cloud platforms. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS approaches . Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
