Great interpersonal skills, Sound oral and written communication skills Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks Outstanding problem-solving skills A keen eye on details Exceptional time management abilities Required Candidate profile Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers. Completes application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; and troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Oversee & Support junior web developers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring and evaluate their performance Prioritise software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members Create wireframes to decide on the layout Write or review code for various applications Run functionality testing and debug code Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons) Ensure software documentation is up-to-date Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites
