PHP Developer - Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for following best practices in Software Engineering, including requirement gathering/analysis, designing, coding, testing, and maintenance. You will also be mentoring team members and monitoring project execution to strive for excellence. It is essential to stay up-to-date with technology developments to contribute effectively to the team. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3-4 years of overall experience and 1-2 years of team-leading experience. Strong fundamentals in PHP, excellent coding and problem-solving skills, knowledge of MySQL Database, and prior experience in web technologies will be beneficial. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also required for this role. The qualifications for this position include a B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Information Technology or Computer Science and Engineering with an aggregate of 60% or higher up to the preceding semesters.
