Job Description

You are a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with over 8 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead role. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be involved in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable PHP-based applications, with a strong emphasis on PHP frameworks like Laravel. In this role, you will optimize MySQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability. Ensuring code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing will be essential. Managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and meeting project deadlines are key aspects of your responsibilities. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, frontend developers, and DevOps, will be required to deliver successful projects. You will also implement and maintain security best practices in web applications to ensure data protection. To excel in this role, you should have 8+ years of professional software development experience and at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. Your expertise in PHP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter is essential. Proficiency in MySQL, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, MVC architecture, and OOP principles is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and React will be advantageous.,
