ROLE EXPECTATIONS

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Fresher Training will be provide on PHP
• Develop all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Manage back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users

Skills:

• knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Code ignitor/Zend/Laravel/Yii, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Strong OOPs (object oriented programming) knowledge using PHP
• Database skills in MySQL Stored procedures, Views, functions, etc
• Experience in front-end technologies like jQuery/CSS/HTML5
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Understanding of the SDLC
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN
• Experience with coaching and mentoring other developers
