Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our team and manage the visual content production for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and be proficient in both shooting and editing high-quality videos and photos that engage and attract audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for the YouTube channel.
• Conceptualize creative ideas for video content in alignment with the channel’s theme and audience.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality production.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional photography for marketing and social media.
• Edit video content with effects, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all content is optimized for YouTube (aspect ratio, resolution, sound quality).
• Maintain a library of raw and edited footage/photos.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, video production techniques, and editing software.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to meet deadlines and creative goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar role (preferably for digital platforms/YouTube).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting setups, and camera operation.
• Familiarity with YouTube content strategies, formats, and audience engagement.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on shoots during weekends/evenings if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly video practices for YouTube.
• Basic graphic design for thumbnails and promotional posts.

Education & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Photography, Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video/photo content creation.
