Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality food images for digital content, social media, and menu shoots, ensuring that all images align with the brands aesthetic and standards.
2. Set up and control lighting, angles, and compositions to highlight food items at their best, ensuring the setup is clearly visible in the frame.
3. Work closely with the food styling and production teams to plan and execute shoots.
4. Adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity when composing shots and selecting setups.
5. Troubleshoot and adapt to challenges or last-minute changes on set to maintain the highest quality standards.
6. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve shoot outcomes, even within time and resource constraints.
7. Ensure post-production requirements are clear by collaborating with the editing team to deliver files that are easy to work with.
8. Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring that all tools are in top working condition for shoots.
9. Continuously research and stay updated on food photography trends, lighting techniques, and equipment to enhance the quality of your work.
10. Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with multiple people effectively with a strong ability to be able to convey abstract thoughts and ideas.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in food photography, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in food imagery.
2. Strong understanding of lighting techniques, especially for food styling and product shoots.
3. Ability to think creatively and suggest executable ideas within the constraints of time and resources.
4. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges on set.
5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for visually representing food.
6. Familiarity with digital photography tools, software, and post-production workflows.
7. Ability to set up shots with all key elements visible in the frame while adhering to brand guidelines.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple shoots and tight deadlines.
